Does it cost anything?

No, the service is completely free!. We will monitor your servers absolutely free for you. Infact during the beta period, we will even alert you on your phone for free when any of your monitored services go down.

Are there any limitations of free account?

There are no limitations for monitoring services. You can just as easily add services and monitor them for free as you would in premium accounts.

To avoid overusage of free account, the call alert is restricted to once in six hours. However, email alerts will be sent instantly. This limitation of free account should not impact any stable services since no stable service should ideally fail twice in 6 hours.

What are the advantages of a premium account?

While free account provides adequate alert features for most users, premium account provides some additional benefits as listed below. If you are running a popular website or a mission-critical system, a small price you pay for premium account can drastically save your credibility and the revenue loss from server down-time. Unlike some other monitoring services, you do not need to pay recurring monthly charges and it’s purely based on pay as you go model.

How much premium account costs?

Unlike many monitoring service where you have to pay recurring month charges, our premium account is pay as you go. All you pay is for the Phone and SMS alerts to most destinations worldwide – at a flat cost of 25 cents per alert. Email alert remains free.
