How It Works?

In a nutshell, we monitor all your services (e.g. web server, mail server, database servers etc.).

 

Using Alertyx is very simple. All you need to do is:

Add services to monitor

The first step is to add services that you want to be monitored. Just click on "Add Alert" and add the details of the service to monitor. You can later edit or delete services as required.

 

Add phone numbers where alerts should be sent

Use the "Add Phone Numbers" button to add and configure phone numbers which will receive calls or SMS alerts. You can define more than one phone recipients and individually control who will receive which alerts (Phone Call, SMS or Both).

Optionally, add details of the service provider to be alerted

If you prefer, we can also notify your service provider about failure so that they can start attending right away as soon as failure happenes, without any action from your side. Add a service provider from the Service Providers menu and refer it when you are adding/editing service details. Cool, isn’t?

Relax and be at peace!

If your service goes down, you will hear from us. We will call you where you want us to call you and tell you exactly which service is not working and for how long. So pray that you never hear from us :)
